When the Coffeemaker is plugged in and the power switch is turned on, 12:00 will flash
To set clock on Cuisinart coffee maker:
1. Turn the Function knob to clock.
2. Press Hour and Minute buttons to select the desired time.
3. Hold buttons down to scroll through the digits, or press and release to advance one digit at a time.

When you turn the Function knob to PROG, the previously selected Auto On time or the default time (12:00) will flash.

When you press BREW/WARM, the AUTO ON blue light will illuminate, indicating the AUTO ON function has been activated. LCD will display the current time.

When the brew cycle ends, WARM will illuminate indicating Keep Warm cycle.

NOTE: To start brew time at the same time the next day, simply make sure the Function knob is at AUTO ON and press and release the Brew/Warm button once more. The blue Auto On light will turn on.

Use the Hour and Minute buttons as above to program your Coffeemaker to shut off from 0 to 4 hours after the brew cycle is finished.
When the coffeemaker is plugged in, 12:00 will appear until you set the time.

When you press the Program Set button, it displays a previously selected auto-on time, or the default time (12:00 pm).

You are now in Set Program Time mode. Set the time you want coffee to begin brewing by following the instructions in “Entering Time Set Mode.”
The coffeemaker will start to brew at the programmed time. The Program mode cannot be entered if the coffeemaker is in its brew cycle.
Setting the clock is optional. When the clock is set, the time will appear on the control panel.
Note: You must set the clock if you plan on using the ON-OFF TIME SET programming feature.
1. Press the Menu button. Programming options will appear on the control panel with CLOCK flashing. The word OFF will appear at the top of the control panel to indicate that the clock is not set (see figure 14).

If 12:00 stops flashing, simply press and hold Hour or Minute button to return to flashing Clock Set mode.

Five seconds after finishing, the unit will automatically exit Auto On Setup mode and the indicator light will illuminate, letting you know Auto-On is activated.
