You just got back from a doctor’s visit, now what? In most cases, your in-network doctor will submit a claim for you. Once Cigna Healthcare reviews your claim, you’ll receive an explanation of benefits (EOB) document that shows you the cost for each service, what your plan covered, and any other costs that you may have to pay.
